Folklore is the only thing that connects two such distant epochs - the hectic and modernized modernity and the past in which our ancestors lived. This is why it is so valuable and must be preserved. It is not a random trend among young people to enroll in schools studying Bulgarian folk dances. A particularly large wave of graduates in folk costumes overwhelmed Bulgaria in the last two years. All this proves that the spirit of the people is still awake and there are people willing to preserve it.
